◆Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your reserved service.
◆Please confirm attendance when you receive the automatic reminder.
◆Kindly arrive on time. After 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
◆Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
◆Please disclose any chemical services done in the last 12 months.
◆Current hair photos may be requested for an accurate consultation.
