Service duration may vary depending on hair length, volume, condition, desired design, and the specific service requested. Estimated service durations:

• Smoothing / Straightening Treatments: approximately 4 hours
• Balayage: approximately 6 to 7 hours
• Hair Color: approximately 2 hours without blow-dry
• Haircut & Blow-Dry: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Invisible Extensions: approximately 4 to 6 hours
• Marked Highlights: approximately 6 to 7 hours
• Hydration Treatments: approximately 2 hours
• Brazilian Knot Extensions: approximately 3 to 4 hours

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed service times.

3. Appointment Requests and Consultations

Submitting an appointment request does not automatically confirm your appointment. Our booking process may include:

1. You contact Babydolls Beauty Salon to request information or ask how to book an appointment.
2. Our team welcomes you and asks about the service you would like.
3. You provide your preferred appointment date and service details.
4. You may be asked to send current photos of your hair and inspiration photos of your desired look.
5. We provide a personalized quote based on your desired design, hair length, volume, condition, and service type.
6. If you accept the quote, we help find an available appointment date and time.
7. A deposit may be required to confirm the appointment.

Appointments are only confirmed after the salon accepts the appointment request and any required deposit has been received.

4. Pricing and Quotes

Prices are personalized and may vary based on hair length, volume or thickness, current condition, desired look or design, service type, time required, product required, previous chemical services, and complexity of the transformation. Final pricing may change if the actual hair condition, length, volume, or requested result differs from the information originally provided.

5. Deposits

A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the reserved service. By paying a deposit, you agree that the deposit secures your appointment time and compensates the salon for reserving that time. Failure to attend, late cancellation, or late rescheduling may result in loss of deposit.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Late Arrivals

Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled due to late arrival, your deposit may remain non-refundable.

• Provide your full name and valid phone number
• Send current photos of your hair
• Send inspiration photos of your desired look
• Inform the salon of any chemical services performed in the last 12 months
• Confirm your attendance when you receive an appointment reminder
• Arrive on time
• Follow preparation instructions provided by the salon

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the consultation, quote, service result, or ability to perform the service.

8. Hair Service Disclaimer

Hair results may vary depending on your hair history, previous chemical treatments, hair condition, porosity, current color, texture, and maintenance routine. Babydolls Beauty Salon focuses on healthy, natural-looking, personalized hair transformations. Some desired results may require multiple sessions, and not all looks can be achieved in one appointment. We reserve the right to recommend alternative services or decline a service if we believe it may compromise hair health.

9. SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Babydolls Beauty Salon related to your appointment requests, consultations, customer support, service updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, attendance confirmations, rescheduling updates, retouch reminders, maintenance reminders, and hair treatment follow-ups.

Opt-in is collected when you provide your phone number and check an SMS consent checkbox before submitting a form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

10. SMS Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you reply STOP, we may send a final confirmation message. To rejoin, you must opt in again through our website, form, or another approved sign-up method.
